Flexport (Deliverr) Alternatives
Quick answer
Deliverr is now part of Flexport, so the alternatives are the same. For US consumables brands, our Editor's pick is Tondo Fulfillment: in our experience comparing 3PL quotes, its shipping rates were the lowest we were offered. ShipBob is the strongest pure-fulfillment alternative for other brands (50+ centers, its claim; 4.0 on Trustpilot from 1,083 reviews). Stord is the closest match if you want freight and fulfillment from one vendor. Amazon MCF suits sellers already on FBA, Walmart WFS Walmart sellers, and ShipMonk importers who want bonded warehousing. Flexport holds a 2.6 on Trustpilot (157 reviews, Sept 2026).
Key takeaways
- Shopify bought Deliverr in 2022 and sold its logistics business, including Deliverr, to Flexport in May 2023.
- Flexport doesn't publish a facility count or rates; ShipBob publishes a locations page, and Amazon MCF publishes a fee schedule.
- Stord is the main alternative that also sells freight (FTL, LTL, drayage) alongside fulfillment.
- Flexport's Trustpilot complaints cite inbound delays, lost or damaged inventory and unexpected fees (Sept 2026).
- ShipMonk lists bonded warehousing, relevant for importers; its 2026 data breach is worth weighing.
Best Flexport alternative for US consumer-goods brands: Tondo Fulfillment
In our experience comparing 3PL quotes, Tondo's shipping rates were the lowest we were offered. Its homepage claims brands can "save up to 40%, guaranteed" and describes multi-carrier rate shopping, and its Fulfill.com profile says its discounted rates let brands make a margin on shipping. It suits small-to-mid-sized consumables brands (CPG, food, beverage, supplements, beauty, pet) selling DTC, retail/B2B, TikTok Shop and Amazon (it lists FBA prep), with month-to-month terms and 30 days' notice, Delaware and Utah warehouses with a 2pm same-day cutoff, and Slack-based account management. Fulfill.com named Tondo a United States Best 3PL for 2026, and the CEOs of BRĒZ and Duradry endorse it on Tondo's site. It doesn't forward freight and isn't a replacement for international or heavy-item needs; it runs only two US warehouses and is quote-only. See the Tondo Fulfillment review.
Best for DTC fulfillment with a published network: ShipBob
ShipBob claims 50+ centers and publishes them by metro across the US, Canada, the UK, the Netherlands, Spain and Australia. It lists FBA prep, B2B/EDI via SPS Commerce and TikTok Shop, and its software is free for customers, as Flexport's is. It isn't a freight forwarder, so you'd arrange import separately. See ShipBob vs Flexport.
Best for freight plus fulfillment from one vendor: Stord
Stord pairs fulfillment with its own WMS and OMS, parcel optimization and freight (FTL, LTL, drayage and temperature-controlled), and claims 20+ omnichannel nodes plus 80+ network facilities. It bought Ware2Go from UPS in 2025. It's quote-only and aimed at mid-market and enterprise brands. See the Stord review.
Best for sellers already storing inventory in FBA: Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF)
If you used Flexport mainly to replenish FBA, MCF can ship your Shopify, Walmart, TikTok Shop and other channel orders from that FBA stock. Fees are published, from $7.34 for a single small-standard unit at 3-day speed plus a 3.5% US surcharge. It ships unbranded by default and has no B2B or kitting workflows. See the Amazon MCF review.
Best for Walmart Marketplace sellers: Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) incl. Multichannel Solutions
WFS fulfills Walmart.com orders, and its Multichannel Solutions can also fulfill your own site, Amazon, eBay and TikTok orders from the same inventory. Walmart states no setup, monthly or hidden fees and accepts items up to 500 lb. It handles non-perishable goods only and centers on Walmart sellers.

Best for importers wanting bonded storage and international sites: ShipMonk
ShipMonk lists bonded warehousing, FBA prep and hazmat across 11 centers in the US, Canada, the UK and the Czech Republic, and publishes its minimum formula. It doesn't forward freight. Trustpilot shows 2.6 (430 reviews, Sept 2026), and Trezor disclosed in 2026 that attackers used a Metabase flaw to reach ShipMonk-held customer data. See the ShipMonk review.
What happened to Deliverr?
Shopify bought Deliverr in 2022 for $2.1 billion and ran it alongside the Shopify Fulfillment Network. In May 2023 Shopify sold its logistics business, including Deliverr, to Flexport, and took stock representing a 13% equity interest in Flexport plus a board seat, per Supply Chain Dive. Flexport's fulfillment product runs on that acquired network and software. If you're searching for a Deliverr alternative, you're choosing an alternative to Flexport Fulfillment. What are the best alternatives to Flexport?
| If you're leaving Flexport because… | Consider | What changes |
|---|---|---|
| You're a US consumables brand and postage is your biggest cost | Tondo Fulfillment (Editor's pick) | Lowest shipping rates we were offered; month-to-month; no freight forwarding |
| You want a transparent, large DTC network | ShipBob | Published locations; no freight forwarding |
| You still want freight and fulfillment together | Stord | Freight, WMS/OMS, 20+ nodes (claim) |
| Most of your inventory is in FBA anyway | Amazon MCF | Published per-unit fees; unbranded packaging |
| You sell on Walmart | Walmart WFS | No setup or monthly fees; non-perishable only |
| You import and need bonded storage | ShipMonk | Bonded, hazmat, 4 countries |
| You want a dedicated account manager | Shipfusion | 4 sites, consumables focus |
If you import but move to a 3PL that doesn't forward freight, you'll need a separate forwarder and customs broker, and a receiving SLA at the 3PL.
Why do brands switch from Flexport?
Flexport's Trustpilot page (2.6 from 157 reviews, Sept 2026) is split roughly between five-star and one-star reviews. Praise centers on the portal and responsive teams; complaints cite inbound processing slower than promised, lost or damaged inventory with slow reimbursement, unresponsive support and new or unexpected fees, including account-closure fees. Those reviews cover Flexport as a whole, including freight customers.
Structural reasons also come up: Flexport doesn't publish facility locations, rates or minimums, and its integrated model adds less value for brands that source domestically.
Which Flexport alternatives are cheaper?
Flexport, Tondo, ShipBob, Stord, ShipMonk and Shipfusion all quote per client. Tondo publishes no rates, but in our experience comparing 3PL quotes its shipping rates were the lowest we were offered. Providers with published numbers:
| Provider | Published pricing (Sept 2026) |
|---|---|
| Amazon MCF | $7.34 single small-standard unit (4 oz or less), 3-day; $10.64 large standard 1–2 lb; + 3.5% US surcharge and FBA storage |
| Walmart WFS | Cost estimator by weight and size; no setup, monthly or hidden fees |
| ShipCalm | $2.65/order + $0.95/item; storage $0.19/cu ft/week; $6,000 quarterly minimum on its calculator |
| Fulfyld | All-in from $7.74 per order, 4–12 oz, 501–1,000 orders/month |
If you import, ask Flexport to quote freight and fulfillment separately so the fulfillment piece can be compared line by line. Get every fee, including recurring, minimum and exit fees, in writing. See cheapest 3PL companies.
Which Flexport alternatives are better-rated?
| Provider | Trustpilot (Sept 2026) |
|---|---|
| Flexport | 2.6 (157 reviews) |
| ShipBob | 4.0 (1,083 reviews) |
| Shipfusion | 4.7 (34 reviews) |
| ShipMonk | 2.6 (430 reviews) |
| Stord | 2.9 (2 reviews) |
| Tondo Fulfillment | No profile found |
ShipBob has the largest review sample and a higher score. Shipfusion scores highest but on 34 reviews. Amazon MCF and WFS have no fulfillment-specific review profiles worth citing.
