Tondo Fulfillment Review

Good fit:

• CPG, food and snacks, beverage, supplements and nutraceuticals, beauty and cosmetics, health and wellness, and pet brands, the industries Tondo lists.
• Brands selling DTC plus wholesale/retail and TikTok Shop from one inventory pool.
• Brands that want to avoid long contracts: month-to-month with 30 days' notice.
• Brands that want two-coast coverage without managing a large network.
• Teams that prefer day-to-day communication in Slack with a dedicated account manager.

Not a fit if:

• You sell heavy, bulky or oversized products; see Red Stag.
• You need warehouses outside the US or a multi-node international footprint; see ShipBob.
• You're a very large enterprise program needing dozens of nodes; see Stord.
• You want published rates before a sales call.
• You ship fewer than about 1,000 orders a month; Tondo's Fulfill.com profile lists that as its minimum, with items up to 70 lb and up to 250 active SKUs per brand.

Tondo doesn't publish rates or minimums. Pricing is quote-based through a discovery form. Its homepage claims brands can "save up to 40%, guaranteed"; treat that as a marketing claim and ask what baseline and conditions it's measured against. When you request a quote, ask for receiving, storage, pick and pack, packaging, B2B/retail order fees, lot-tracking fees and any account-management or platform fee on separate lines.

Strengths

• Month-to-month terms with a short (30-day) notice period.
• East and West nodes with the same 2pm cutoff.
• Focus on consumables, with lot tracking and expiration-date management.
• DTC, retail/B2B (SPS Commerce EDI) and TikTok Shop from one account.
• Slack-based account management.
• Shipping cost: in our experience comparing 3PL quotes, Tondo's shipping rates were the lowest we were offered; it rate-shops across 8+ carriers.

Limitations

• Two warehouses and US-only shipping.
• No published pricing on its own site; its Fulfill.com profile lists a minimum of about 1,000 orders a month.
• Few public review-site ratings yet (no Trustpilot profile; Clutch lists no reviews).

Yes. Tondo is an operating 3PL with two warehouses, about 250,000 sq ft in total: 100,000 sq ft in New Castle, Delaware and 150,000 sq ft in Salt Lake City, Utah, per its Fulfill.com profile. Public signals as of September 2026:

• Industry recognition: Fulfill.com lists Tondo as a United States Best 3PL 2026, part of its Top 100 3PLs in the US (Fulfill.com). Tondo also displays Fulfill.com's Delaware and Utah Best 3PL 2025 badges on its homepage.
• Customer endorsements: on Tondo's homepage, Duradry founder and CEO Jack Benzaquen says the brand found its long-term 3PL after switching several times, citing stable pricing and service; BRĒZ CEO Aaron Nosbisch says the brand scaled 30% month over month on Tondo while lowering costs (Tondo).
• Brands on its client list: BRĒZ, Duradry, Firebelly Tea, Macra, Cantrip, Forest Project, Mateína, DEOS, My Way Up and Kitty Queen, among others (Tondo).
• Partner programs: listed as a Certified Partner and Shopify Partner in Okendo's service-partner directory (Okendo).
