Best 3PLs for International and Canada
Quick answer
For stocking inventory in other countries, ShipBob has the widest network here, with centers in Canada, the UK, the Netherlands, Spain and Australia. ShipMonk covers the US, Canada, the UK and the Czech Republic and lists DDP shipping and bonded warehouses. Rush Order runs 13 centers on four continents, including Asia. For Canada specifically, Shipfusion has a Toronto-area site. Flexport suits importers who want freight and customs with fulfillment, and Amazon MCF suits FBA sellers. All six quote privately or price by calculator.
Key takeaways
- Shipping everything from the US is simplest; stocking inventory in-country cuts transit time and can let you handle duties before the customer does.
- ShipBob's locations page lists fulfillment centers in Canada, the UK, the Netherlands, Spain and Australia, and it claims shipping to 250+ destinations.
- ShipMonk lists cross-border shipping with DDP (delivered duty paid) and bonded warehouses.
- Rush Order is the only provider in our database listing its own centers in Asia (China, Japan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore).
- None of the international 3PLs on this page publishes a rate card.
Best overall for multi-country inventory: ShipBob
ShipBob's locations page lists centers around Toronto and Vancouver, four in the UK, two in the Netherlands, one in Spain and two in Australia, all on one WMS and dashboard, and it claims shipping to 250+ destinations. That lets a US brand place stock near customers instead of shipping every order across a border. Pricing is custom-quoted. Not a fit if you only ship a handful of international orders and don't need foreign inventory.
Best for UK and mainland Europe with duty tools: ShipMonk
ShipMonk runs owned-and-operated centers in the US, Brampton (Ontario), Coalville (UK) and Cheb (Czech Republic), and lists cross-border fulfillment 'with DDP and Section 321' plus bonded warehouses. It also lists hazmat handling. Pricing is quote-based with a monthly minimum set from projected volume. Not a fit if you need Australian or Asian stock.
Best for Asia-Pacific and electronics brands: Rush Order Inc
Rush Order has operated since 1989 and lists 13 centers across the US, Canada, the UK, the Netherlands, China, Japan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore and Australia. It adds work like kitting, firmware flashing, battery testing and serial tracking, which suits consumer electronics and crowdfunded launches. Pricing is quoted per client, and it doesn't publish minimums.
Best for US-plus-Canada DTC: Shipfusion
Shipfusion operates a Toronto-area facility that it says serves Eastern Canada and the US Northeast, alongside Chicago, Las Vegas and York, Pennsylvania, with Dallas listed as coming soon. It targets brands shipping 2,000+ orders a month and assigns dedicated account managers. It doesn't list overseas warehouses. Pricing is quote-only.
Best for importers who want freight and customs too: Flexport (eCom & B2B Fulfillment)
Flexport combines freight forwarding, customs brokerage and trade advisory with eCommerce and B2B fulfillment on one platform, built on the Deliverr network it bought from Shopify in 2023. That suits brands importing containers and replenishing FBA, Walmart and DTC stock. Our database records its fulfillment as US-based, with no facility count published, and rates are quote-only.
Best for FBA sellers in Amazon's markets: Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF)
Amazon says MCF operates in 11 countries, and our database lists markets including the UK, Canada, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Japan and India. If your inventory already sits in FBA in those markets, MCF can ship non-Amazon orders from it, in unbranded packaging by default. It doesn't move stock between countries for you or suit branded or kitted orders.

Should I ship internationally from the US or stock inventory abroad?
Ship from the US while international orders are a small share of sales: you avoid splitting inventory and paying for storage in a second country. Customers wait longer and may pay duties on delivery.
Stock abroad once a market has steady demand. Inventory in Canada, the UK or the EU ships domestically there, so delivery is faster and duties are paid once on the bulk import rather than on every parcel. The trade-off is more stock tied up across more locations and more forecasting work.
What is the best 3PL for Canada?
Four providers in our database have Canadian sites:
- ShipBob: Toronto area and Vancouver, per its locations page.
- ShipMonk: Brampton, Ontario.
- Shipfusion: a Toronto-area facility serving Eastern Canada and the US Northeast.
- Rush Order: a Canadian center (city not listed on its homepage).
LVK Logistics and Fulfyld also list Canada as a served country, and Amazon MCF runs in Canada for FBA sellers. If most of your Canadian customers are in the East, a Toronto-area site covers them; ShipBob is the only one here listing Vancouver.
What does DDP mean for international orders?
DDP stands for delivered duty paid: you, the seller, pay import duties and taxes up front, so the customer isn't charged on delivery. The alternative, DDU or DAP, leaves duties to the customer, which can lead to refused parcels. ShipMonk lists DDP among its cross-border services. Ask any 3PL which carriers it uses for DDP, how duties are billed back to you, and whether it can estimate them at checkout.
Which 3PLs should international sellers avoid?
Avoid choosing a single-country network if foreign markets are a real part of your plan. Many US 3PLs in our database, including Red Stag, ShipCalm, Simpl, eFulfillment Service and Tondo Fulfillment, list only US warehouses. They can still hand international parcels to a carrier, but they won't hold stock abroad. That's fine for the occasional overseas order and a poor fit for a UK or EU growth plan.
What should I ask a 3PL about international fulfillment?
- Which countries have its own warehouses, and which are partner sites?
- Is inventory visible in one dashboard across countries?
- Does it offer DDP, and how are duties and taxes invoiced?
- Who prepares customs paperwork and commercial invoices?
- Can it move stock between countries, and what does a transfer cost?
- Are returns handled in-country, or shipped back to the US?
Frequently asked questions
Which 3PL has the most international warehouses?
In our database, Rush Order lists centers in nine countries outside the US and ShipBob in five, with several sites in some of them. Amazon operates MCF in 11 countries for FBA sellers.
Does ShipBob ship to Canada?
Yes. ShipBob lists Canadian fulfillment centers in the Toronto area and Vancouver, so orders can ship domestically within Canada.
Does ShipMonk have warehouses in Europe?
Yes. ShipMonk lists a fulfillment center in Coalville, UK and one in Cheb, Czech Republic.
Can a US-only 3PL ship internationally?
Usually yes, by handing parcels to an international carrier. It won't hold inventory abroad, so transit is longer and customers may pay duties on arrival.
What is a bonded warehouse?
A warehouse where imported goods can be stored before import duties are paid. ShipMonk lists bonded warehouses among its international services.
