Simpl Fulfillment Review

Good fit:

• DTC and Amazon brands shipping 50 to 5,000+ orders a month, the range Simpl targets.
• Brands that want a single all-in per-order figure they can drop into a margin model, with postage included.
• Subscription box brands, and brands that need kitting or custom packaging. Simpl says it offers custom packaging at no markup.
• Catalogs with many SKUs, since there are no per-SKU fees.

Not a fit if:

• Your fulfillment spend is well under $750 a month; you'll pay the minimum regardless.
• You ship heavy or bulky products. An all-in price that scales by weight gets expensive, and a heavy-goods specialist is a better match.
• You need two-coast delivery speed or international warehouses.
• You want line-item billing so you can audit postage separately.

The weight-tier table behind the $7 starting rate isn't shown on the page. Get the full tier sheet, since postage is inside the price and heavier orders move up tiers. Simpl says it doesn't add dimensional weight surcharges. For a brand shipping light orders, the all-in figure can be simpler to compare than a rate card with separate pick, pack, packaging and postage lines.

The WMS isn't named, and no clients are named on the homepage.

Strengths

• All-in per-order pricing with postage included, which is rare among small 3PLs.
• No setup, receiving or per-SKU fees.
• Fast onboarding (5–7 days) and a noon Central same-day cutoff.
• Wide marketplace coverage, including TikTok Shop, Walmart and Cratejoy.

Limitations

• $750 monthly minimum.
• One warehouse, in Austin, so coastal customers are further away in shipping zones.
• Storage, returns and kitting rates aren't published, and neither is the weight-tier table.
• Almost no independent reviews to check service quality.

Yes. It's an Austin business operating since 2016, but there's very little independent review data. As of September 2026:

• Trustpilot: claimed profile, no reviews (Trustpilot).
• Clutch: no reviews; lists 2016 as the founding year and 10–49 staff (Clutch).
• News: we found no news coverage, positive or negative, in the sources checked.

Without public reviews, ask for references from brands at your volume and in your category. Also ask for a sample monthly invoice that shows how the minimum and storage were billed.
